What I am looking for

I am looking for 3 types of opportunities, ranked by preference.

I am not interested if there is an employment / IP clause that forbids outside appointment (directorships, working with 3rd parties)

1. High-paying MNC career

I am interested in companies with accelerated progression and above "market rate" compensation.

Please do not expect me to do a team's worth of work for "market rate" compensation.

2. Building a business

I am working on something exciting and not looking for investors.

3. Startup leadership position

Leadership position: Chief/Head of Data

I tried experiencing the "Head of Data" role at one of the startups, but didn't get it officially as things went south.

I will only be interested if it is the next big thing, but what are the odds?

You can refer to the Wikipedia definition of a startup. Based on What The Hell Is A Startup Anyway, a company is no longer a startup if

  1. $50 million revenue run rate (forward 12 months)
  2. 100 or more employees
  3. Worth more than $500 million, on paper or otherwise

Better than the above 3
